Apni chat apna ghar scheme 2024 Online Registration Open

The registration of Apni chat apna ghar scheme has been started by Punjab Government. Men and women belonging to Punjab province can apply online for this scheme. Only online applications will be accepted and applications from physical applicants will be rejected.

Under the Apni chat apna ghar scheme, 70,000 people will be provided with loans to build houses in the first phase by the Punjab government. In the second phase, 30,000 people will be given loans to build houses.

If a candidate lives in the city, he can take an interest-free loan to build a five-marla house.
If a candidate lives in villages, he can take a loan to build ten 10 marla houses.

Apni chat apna ghar scheme Loan Limit.

All candidates can take loan up to 15 lakhs for building a house.
The loan is to be repaid in monthly installments over 7 years.
Monthly installments of 14,000 will have to be paid.
Note:
All candidates will get interest free loan, service charges and interest amount will be paid by Punjab government.

Apni chat apna ghar scheme terms and conditions

Only the candidates who fulfill the following conditions will get interest free loan for building a house.

• The candidate should be the head of his family.
• The candidate should be a resident of Punjab province Pakistan.
• If the candidate lives in the city and has a five marla plot, he can take a loan of up to 15 lakhs to build a house. If the candidate lives in any of the villages of Punjab province, he can take a loan of up to 15 lakhs to build a ten marla house.
• Applicant should not have a criminal record and anti-state or anti-social activities.
• The candidate should not be a defaulter. If the candidate has taken a loan from a bank or financial institution and has not yet repaid it, you will not get the loan.
• Candidate’s PMT score in NSER along with 60% percentile.
